On Saturday 14 August 2021, the first official tasting organised by Vi Natural took place at Bar Roca in Benirrama. Ten natural wines without additives were served by Lumi and Jérôme, accompanied by three winegrowers: Carlos Espí from Celler La Encina, Cristóbal Vanyó from Cos a Cos and Juan Tàrrega from Vinyologia Canor. The audience could discover each cellar and the characteristics of their wines without moving from the spot.

A wine festival is nothing without music: after the tasting, the local group MOATR3S (jazz trio) performed their songs in Valencian while guests enjoyed the food prepared by Bar Roca. A festive atmosphere that lasted well into the night.
